Say Buon Natale with a traditional Christmas menu
The Christmas six-course set menu, combines traditional dishes with Italian flair. Food lovers will begin their dining experience with Tartare di pomodoro, scampetto Siciliano, crema di mozzarella di Bufala, a tomato tartare made with Sicilian langoustine and buffalo mozzarella cream.
The next course is the Raviolini ripieni di ossobuco, brodetto allo zafferano, scaglie di parmigiano, homemade “Ossobuco” ravioli cooked in a saffron broth and decorated with parmesan shavings; moving on to the Pacchero napoletano, polpettine di baccala, pomodorini e oregano, Napolitan style pacchero served with black cod, cherry tomatoes and oregano and the Tacchino natalizio alla Frankie’s,oven roasted turkey served with wrapped bacon, beetroot puree and roast potatoes.
To complete the dining experience, guests can indulge their sweet tooth with classic Italian desserts such as Panettone con crema pasticceria alle nocciole e gelato al tartufo, a traditional panettone with hazelnut pastry cream and truffle ice cream and a festive favourite, Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and custard. Upon request, the chef will create vegetarian dishes to ensure that Christmas is an all-inclusive celebration.
Across the world, the arrival of the festive season is marked with the appearance of traditional decorations, and Frankie’s will partake in this joyous activity as well. The restaurant will be bedecked and bedazzled in all its Christmas finery, also playing host to a beautiful Christmas tree, with traditional Italian decorations. Warm vocal of Frankie’s live entertainment at the restaurant will transport diners back home, with tuneful renditions of much-loved festive songs.

Bid adieu to 2014 Italian style
Ring in the New Year at Frankie’s with a delectable set menu that features signature Italian creations. Upon arrival, guests will be offered a welcome drink and a selection of luxurious canapés, before embarking on a mouth-watering culinary journey.
Dishes include the Croccantino di foie gras, crema di cavolfiori, lamponi freschi, foie gras coated in hazelnut crunch with cauliflower cream and fresh raspberry; Tortelli cacio e pepe, porri brasati, tartufo nero Umbro, homemade “cacio e pepe” tortelli tossed with braised leeks and black truffle and Risotto acquerello, scampi, salicornia e limone, acquarello risotto prepared with langoustine, seaweed and lemon. Diners can choose between the Filetto di waygu, spuma di patate affumicate, spinaci rossi e funghi porcini, waygu fillet served with smoked potato foam, red spinach and porcini mushroom and Rombo scottato, pure di carciofi, brodetto di crostacei, seared fillet of turbot and artichoke puree in a shellfish broth.
For the ultimate dessert, the Bellini 2015 alle fragile isa strawberry delight served with a Prosecco sorbet. To celebrate in style the Frankie’s team will serve tea and coffee, petit fours and a glass of sparkling white Italian grape. Kevin and Donovan, favourites of Frankie’s regulars will entertain guests with modern renditions of lively jazz numbers, performing live from 7pm onwards.
