Designed for guests looking for alternatives to conventional brunches, the Italian Saturday Lunch offers a variety of Frankie’s favourites in a series of small courses served in quick succession. At AED 230 per person, Tonno su pappa al pomodoro, Tagliata di manzo al pepe con ragú di funghi and Agnello con broccoletti e burrata are just a few of the mouth-watering dishes on offer. Chef Fabio Nompleggio has created the perfect Saturday lunch option, which is traditional and typically Italian, yet with Frankie’s touch. Since all his dishes are crafted using the best seasonal products, some of the menu options will change on weekly basis to ensure that the freshest ingredients are included. The Italian Saturday Lunch will be available from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
